In an ideal world our inner voice would be positive, uplifting, and supportive. One of the reasons I created Notes To Self Academy is to share kind and supportive messages so everyone can feel a positive encouragement on days where our inner voice needs a boost too. We all need a hand sometimes as we walk through life.

Unfortunately, when our inner voice gets judgmental, critical, and negative, it can really bring us down and challenge our mental health. This slide video is for everyone who needs a boost and a kind inner voice. It contains 25 positive affirmations to lift you up in the midst of your struggles, self-doubt, anxiety, fears, or challenges.

We hope these words allow you to feel that you matter, that you are seen, that we have also been through hard times. As Glennon Doyle says: "We can do hard things". Together we can change our core beliefs, face our fears by acknowledging them and talking about them.

When we can replace our undesirable internal messages by encouraging ones, we get a chance to switch our mindset. It allows us to see light at the end of the tunnel and find hope and grace within.
