How to start being mindful


I love that mindfulness is accessible to everyone! It is free and can be done anywhere at any time. It is something we can all learn, work on and improve on. It has been proven to help our mental and physical health, and it helps us feel better in our own skin.

Today we often run from one place to another. We often depend on our phones/technology for everything and we sometimes forget to pause and just be with our feelings. Whenever we feel ourself getting less patient and more irritated, tired and stressed, often frustrated... let that be a sign that we may need to care for ourselves a bit more.
